In 2009 I attended a conference that highlighted sustainable efforts for impoverished nations. The mission to truly equip people and communities to build businesses and futures for their families, struck me deeper than a request for financial support. I was inspired and determined to look for ways to participate in this thread of global outreach.
About a year later, I stumbled upon Noonday Collection and was hooked by its designs. After dumping several potential purchases into my "shopping cart," I began reading about the evolution of Noonday and how it is impacting women around the world. I immediately emailed the founder to discover how I could be a part.
Today I have the privilege to share the artisan's stories of hard work and success. As you shop for the perfect pieces for your wardrobe or for the perfect gift, I pray you are reminded of the strength and dignity that the Lord has so graciously given each of us.
